Mango Going All In in The Homewares Category

The Barcelona-based fashion company is looking to expand its Mango Home business unit as part of its goal to reach 4 billion euros in total sales by 2026. In a press release from June, Mango shared that it planned of differentiating its value proposition by making of Mango Home a homewares brand rooted in “aspirationalism, quality and individual style.”

Mango Home started in 2021 with a small textile collection, and has been diversifying the category in the last couple of years. The brand currently has 5 retail stores in Spain, and is available in 32 online marketplaces.

The expansion feels like a natural extension of the main apparel brand, and is a strategy also pursued by fashion retailers like Zara and H&M.
