John Lewis Expands Repair Services to All Stores in the UK

John Lewis has renewed its partnership with Johnson Cleaners to offer repair and cleaning services in all of its stores across the UK. Katie Papakonstantinou, director of services and hospitality, said: “John Lewis has always been committed to providing a brilliant retail experience for customers, and repair adds another dimension to that.”

The program kicked off earlier this week, enabling the department store customers to drop off clothing, accessories, and homeware items such as duvets, bed linens, rugs, and curtains to be cleaned, repaired or altered in any of John Lewis’ store locations across the UK.

Based on the trial run conducted during 16 weeks across 5 John Lewis stores, the most popular repair service was minor rip and seams repair, as well as trouser alterations.
